With the official Samsung Galaxy S6 unveiling only weeks away, technology enthusiasts have a lot to ask. In this article I answer some of the questions especially after arguments of this gadgets similarity with the iPhone 6.
Design
Although it echoes a number of design traits from the existing S5, the Galaxy S6 has slimmer edged and rounded corners. It also pairs these new metal edges with a gorilla glass rear. The S6 is available in four different colours gold, white, black and blue topaz.
The S6 is a 5.i inch QHD screen which results into an eye searing 577 pixels per inch. This gadget also features a non-removable back panel that houses a 2500mah lithium ion battery capable of wireless charging. Most admirable of this gadget is the camera. The 16 mega pixel camera has a new feature, just a double click on the home button to launch the camera app and shoot away. The front facing camera has five mega pixels with an impressive light sensor for better resolution.
Release date and cost
Samsung confirmed the galaxy S6 release date as April 10. The price of the gadget will be announced a few days to its release but according to recent leaks surfaced via Andriodpit, the 32GB, 64GB and 128GB Galaxy S6 phones will cost about Shs2.5m, Shs2.9m and and Shs3.2m respectively.
