Nampala Claire the Producer of The Forbidden the film that has got more nominations
Ugandan actress and award winning producer Claire Nampala moved to the US in 2019 as a nominee in the African Film Festival. Her forbidden movie was one of the most nominated but since then, she never returned to Uganda and we never knew what happened to her movie career. Last we heard was that she had graduated in Medical Administration from Ultimate Medical Academy in Florida, US in 2022.
The latest information we have is that Claire now married to someone known as Joseph Kyambadde.
The colourful ceremony was attended by Ugandans in the diaspora but our efforts to find out more about Kyambadde have not yielded anything apart from the fact that he is a businessman in the US.
