Nigerian Chocolate City and seven 7 stages at Nyege Nyege

 

As the countdown for the November 14 – 17 Nyege Nyege Afro Galactic Carnival at the Jinja Golf Course continues, the organisers have promised to deliver a memorable fete.

This year’s edition will feature Nigeria’s Chocolate City that is expected to bring together three of its most dynamic talents – Major AJ, Tar1q, and Candy Bleakz.

Chocolate City is a Nigerian record label founded in 2005 by lawyers Audu Maikori, Paul Okeugo and Yahaya Maikori. The group is regarded as one of Africa’s most successful indigenous urban record labels. Chocolate City operates as a subsidiary of Chocolate City Group.

These will join over 200 Ugandan acts, including Elijah Kitaka, Pia Pounds, Recho Rey, Zex Bilangilangi, Kenneth Mugabi, and Suuna Ben, will perform alongside rising stars such as Tai Dai, Mwami, Denesi, and Aliddeki Brian.

DJ Ssese, DJ VansS, Kampire, R3igndrops, Janja Deejay, Hibotep, Melvyn DeeJay, DJ Ali Breezy, DJ VXFaisal among others will also represent at this festival.

Furthermore, seven vibrant stages will give the revellers an unforgettable experience which include; The Main Stage which will host headlining acts, the Hakuna Kulala Stage, The Dark Stage returns to showcase underground talent, alongside the Reggae Stage, The Spirit of Uganda Stage and the Ubuntu Stage.
