Renowned music producer Didi, real name Abdul Karim Muchwa, came out and revealed that he is HIV-positive and has been in and out of hospital for some time.
His ordeal caught the attention of artiste manager Emma Carlos Mulondo, who sought financial assistance for Didi.
Among the other people who heeded to this call is Coco Finger, who is also grateful to Didi for producing his Mikono Wagulu hit. Despite meeting under such circumstances, Coco Finger and Emma Carlos had a fruitful discussion which ended in a working relationship. The two last worked together 12 years ago.
“I am back with Coco Finger after 12 years. We met during the times we were helping producer Didi with his health. That is when the codes struck,” Emma Carlos revealed to us.
He adds that their arrangement is about production, publishing and management and have already recorded three tracks that will be released later this month.

Asked why he chose to take Coco Finger back, Mulondo said the artiste just needed someone who believed in him, someone who can be there for him and that that person is him.
For now, Coco Finger and Mariam Kugonza are the only artistes he is managing and representing.
