A Pass shares untold story of Bebe Cool’s attempt to sign him

Dancehall artiste Alexander Bagonza, popularly known by his stage name A Pass, has revealed that Bebe Cool, the Gagamel Boss, had intended to sign him under his record label at the early stages of his career. In a recent interview, the “Tuli Kubigere” singer disclosed that Bebe Cool was one of the musicians who met him when he was just starting out in the music industry.

When asked to talk about his relationship with his fellow artiste, A Pass revealed that Bebe Cool had been impressed by his style of songwriting and had wanted to sign him the day he listened to his music. “Bebe Cool wanted to sign me, which is something that people don’t know,” A Pass said. “The day he listened to my music, he begged the person handling my affairs to let me sign with him, but it didn’t happen.”

A Pass went on to reveal that he wrote three songs for Bebe Cool’s album in 2014 and has written over five songs for the Gagamel Entertainment boss in total. He emphasized that this collaboration is proof that there is no feud between the two musicians, contrary to what has been reported in the media.

A Pass clarified that he has never had any issues with Bebe Cool and that he respects him for his business acumen and family values. According to him, what people perceived as a feud between them was just playful banter. “I have never had any problem with Bebe Cool,” A Pass said. “I respect him, and I love the way he handles his business and takes care of his family – something that anyone can emulate.”
