On Friday evening, guests were treated to an intimate and exclusive dinner at Le Chateau Restaurant and Lounge in Nsambya. As they arrived, guests were greeted with a warm setup beautifully decorated with teal and gold décor, offering a perfect backdrop for the Singleton Soiree.
The soft lighting, coupled with jazz music, created a relaxed yet vibrant ambiance that allowed those who managed to come through to immerse themselves in the experience, especially the menu.
Each dish was a work of art, perfectly prepared and full of flavour. Among the meals on the menu was the amuse bouche, preserved octopus in soy and dashi, charcoal grilled dry aged black angus rib eye, broccoli steak, carrot and basil puree, bone marrow and arrow root tempura plus dessert.
The mixologists made sure to play around with the classic cocktails that had a splash of citrus, soda and a hint of orange zest, which perfectly complemented the evening.
The spotlight of the evening was on the selection of specially crafted cocktails that showcased Singleton’s versatility and rich flavours and these were served to guests on the house.
The evening proved to be a night to remember for those who attended, with every detail meticulously planned and executed to ensure an exceptional experience.
