Burna Boy’s team reached out to me for ‘Okwepicha’ remix – Gravity Omutujju

Luga Flow artiste Gravity Omutujju has revealed that Burna Boy’s team reached out to him for a collaboration on the remix of his hit song “Okwepicha”. In an interview on “The Beat”, Gravity shared that Burna Boy’s team contacted him requesting to add a verse to the song. He chose not to share this news earlier, citing Ugandans’ tendency to be skeptical and argumentative.

Gravity praised Burna Boy’s team for their professionalism, saying, “They show respect when they ask for something. They value you unlike some star artistes who think they’re doing you a favor by featuring on your song.”

Although he accepted their offer, the collaboration has yet to materialize, likely due to procedural delays. Gravity also celebrated his song’s feature in the British TV series “Queenie”, which follows the life of a 25-year-old Jamaican-British woman navigating South London.
