Sylvia Alibhai hosts influential ladies to celebrate International Women’s Day

Talent Africa Group, together with the Talent Africa Foundation hosted a remarkable Women’s Day together with Kampala’s socialites, media personnel, and esteemed guests to celebrate the theme of inclusion for all women.

The celebration which started at 4:00 pm until late was hosted last night by Sylvia Alibhai at Talent Africa Group in Kololo, was a resounding success, highlighted by a thought-provoking panel discussion featuring prominent figures such as Flavia Tumusiime, Hellen Lukoma, and Whitney Kawalya, among others.

Guests were honored to have the presence of Joanita Kawalya, who added depth and insight to the discussions.

In line with the theme of inclusivity, attendees adorned themselves in a touch of pink, symbolizing solidarity and support for women’s rights and empowerment.

The ambiance was vibrant and celebratory, with performances by talented female artists like Nsambu Sandra, Teddy, and others, captivating the audience with their exceptional talents.

The star-studded event had very influential ladies in all industries ranging from media personalities, Fashion designers CEOs, celebrities and so much more, and among these included Pia Pounds, Nina Roz, Ava Peace Karole Kasita, Ellah Nantumbwe, Sasha Ferguson, Hellen Lukoma, Sheebah Karungi, and Anita Beryl among others.

Throughout the evening, guests indulged in a delightful array of Beefeater cocktails and delectable food offerings, while networking and celebrating the achievements of women around the world.

In the spirit of inclusion for all as was the theme of the event, gentlemen the likes of Salvador Idringi, who donated a substantial amount to the empowerment of the girlchild, and Joe Kigozi from Next Media were in attendance.

The Beefeater Gin-sponsored event which was invited only provided a unique opportunity for attendees to engage in meaningful conversations, network with like-minded individuals, and collectively reaffirm their commitment to advancing the cause of women’s rights and gender equality.

The event served as a poignant reminder of the strides made in promoting gender equality while acknowledging the ongoing challenges that women face worldwide.
