Gravity donates land, advises Bobi Wine to lead exemplary life

With the words “Busabala Medical Centre” embroidered on his white coat, Gravity Omutujju surrendered his plot of land yesterday for the construction of a hospital.

This comes days after he asked NUP president Robert Kyagulanyi to spare some part of his Busabala land for the same cause.

“This is my land and it is located at Busabala Kirinda cell and it is on this piece of land that we are going to construct a hospital that I have been asking Mr Kyagulanyi. After he failed to respond, I decided to take another step and offer mine,” Gravity told journalists he had invited.

He added that the hospital is going to be very simple but neat and will be free to women who are in labour so long as they possess a National ID and a residents of Busabala.

“It is a small piece of land that I have decided to let go of as the old man thinks about it. If he doesn’t want to build a hospital on his land and prefers to swim and eat fish, we shall respect his decision because it is his land contrary to what he has been telling Ugandans that he loves and cares about them. I think he should surrender at least 100 by 50. It doesn’t have to be a big hospital because Kiruddu is not far from here but this should be the first place someone comes before being referred to a big hospital,” he added.
