Songstress Juliana Kanyomozi was the opening act at the second edition of the Tusker Conver-sessions. And it was during this set that she opened up on a topic she has been avoiding for a while. According to Juliana, the loss of her son changed her life forever.
She thought she was in a bad dream hoping to wake up and that she felt like a mad woman for two weeks after he passed on to when he was finally put to his final resting place.
“People kept telling me God will give me another one but a child is never replaced. I got closer to God and it kept me strong. I made a decision to take my time. I allowed myself to take it one day at a time and I went for therapy as well,” she said.
