Lets erase old disks and see who is bigger after a year – Chameleone on ‘Top three’ debate

The current crop of artistes feel swallowed up by the unending comparisons to the Bobi Wine, Jose Chameleone and Bebe Cool. They feel they should also be considered for their contribution to Uganda’s music industry. Some have come out openly while others speak about their grievances behind closed doors.

Much as Bobi Wine came out and stated that new talent should be given a chance during his recent press conference, he still threw a few jibes about his rivals saying there is no way they can be better than him when his arms are tied.

This prompted Chameleone to come out and retaliate saying that whoever thinks is the best, they should go for a fresh start and see who will come out on top.

“We should erase the old discs and we start afresh. By next year on Easter, you should be able to tell who the best is from number one to four. Even fresh talent should participate. I have flagged off the race and I will start releasing music next week,” Chameleone said.
