Ggwanga Mujje stage fall was a blessing in disguise – Promoter Abitex

According to Events promoter Abby Musinguzi alias Abitex, Jose Chameleone’s Ggwanga Mujje stage that fell on February 10, helped him attract the bigger audience that attended his concert on February 24, at Lugogo Cricket Oval.

It should be noted that the legendary concert which was first scheduled for February 10 at Lugogo Cricket Oval had to be postponed after heavy winds and rain pulled down the stage on the D-day.

Abitex believes the first concert date was a wrong move as it was staged at a time partiers were looking for money to return their children to school.

“God twisted the situation when the stage fell and Jose Chameleone with his concert became the talk of Uganda and the rest of the world,” Abitex told Spark TV.

Arguing that, had the concert happened on the previous date, Chameleone would have received the same numbers as Gravity Omutujju in his ‘Tusimbudde Ani Alina Enene’ concert.

He explained that the situation also helped Chameleone understand how people feel about him.

“Another thing Chameleon got from this is people got to express their disappointment in him over his misbehavior while others expressed their undying love for him and his music,” he said.
