Fast-rising female vocalist, gospel, and soul musician Ritah Marthar Nakitto, known as Marthar Chitto for her stage name has blessed her fans by releasing the visuals of her song with ‘Kantambule Nawe’ alongside Michael Kitanda.
Asked why she has decided to release the music video on Valentine’s day, Marthar said she felt like it is a perfect day to represent the true feelings of the song.

“I wrote this song from the bottom of my heart, it was actually meant to be a Gospel song but when I went to the studio, Brian Beats told me to give it a little twist and that is how I was able to create ‘Kantambule Nawe’, Michael Kitanda came in and gave it a fresh feel with his saxophone so I feel like Valentine’s day was the perfect moment for me to introduce my baby to the world.”

The colorful but simple video of ‘Kantambule Nawe’ loosely translates as “Let me walk with you” in
English was directed by Keith Enock and Marthar pours her heart and ensures the love of her life that she is not going anywhere away from him.

Marthar Chitto is a church girl raised to portray her emotions and has always been singing and performing in Church. She is also an Afro-Soul musician focused on inspiring lives and restoring hope in people through her music.
