This will be 25-year-experience – Chameleone

Legendary singer Joseph Mayanja alias Jose Chameleone is going to stage a concert next year on February 10, 2023, at cricket Oval.

The artiste made the revelations in a press conference that was held at the Villa in Bukoto where he said this show is going to be in celebration of his 25 years in the music industry. He promises that the show dubbed “Ggwanga Mujje” concert will be a world-class experience.

“I am one of the major players in this industry so expect a world-class event. This is a celebration of Ugandan music. We are celebrating twenty-five years of Chameleone and Ugandan music,” Chameleone said.

Asked how much the entry fee is, the Forever artiste said they are still contemplating with the promoter of the show Biggie events whether to charge shs250,000, shs2.5million, or even shs25,000.

Chameleone further explained that he couldn’t have this show this year because he’s a different artiste. “I’ve seen many artistes organizing shows this year after the pandemic and being Chameleone, I had to have a different arrangement. So next year is all mine and no show is going to be bigger than ‘Gwanga Mujje’ because it’s a show for people of all walks of life.”
