Douglas Lwanga’s Purple Skills Klinic Foundation receives cash donation

Yellow Card Uganda has today donated $5000 to celebrity and renowned MC Douglas  Lwanga’s Purple Skills Klinic foundation to ease their operations.

According to Yellow Card Uganda’s Manager, the funds are to facilitate the illiteracy aversion project that the foundation is undertaking. “With this small donation, we hope through Douglas’ initiative we can not only reach a handout but also leave an impact on the young people of Uganda.

This is an honor for us as Yellow Card and a contribution to this country,” Abel Namureba, Yellow Card Country manager said. The donated funds are to support the financial literacy education initiative by availing staff to act as tutors or teachers in the organized masterclass sessions of Purple Skills Klinic Foundation.

“I am really proud that Yellow Card has decided to support us and our initiative to kick out illiteracy among the young people of Uganda. This is something we have been waiting on, we are really glad,” Douglas Lwanga, the Purple Skills Klinic Foundation Founder said. Yellow Card looks to empower young people in Uganda through any initiative that is available. With this, the company looks to bring about financial inclusion for all. Yellow Card is a cryptocurrency exchange that offers the safest way to buy and sell bitcoin in Uganda.
