The Federation of Motocross Uganda (FMU), Speedway motorsport together with Luba Events a few days ago launched the upcoming Central African Motocross challenge happening this Easter weekend at Victoria Race Way – Garuga.
Yesterday, the organisers released a transportation chart of how revelers would move to access the venue, and preparations for public transport from all over the country to Garuga on Easter Sunday for the Central African Motorcross challenge have been finalized. Various stages have been set up for people going to the Garuga directly.
For those using private transport means please use the Entebbe Express highway to avoid unnecessary delays. It will take you only 17 minutes to get from Kampala to Garuga.
If you’re coming from Masaka road, Hoima road, and Bombo road please use Busega Taxi Park – the taxis there use the Express highways. Those coming from Jinja, Iganga, Kayunga, and Mukono use the new direct-to-Garuga stage at Namboole and Kalerwe.
Travelers in the city centre (Kampala) we have set up a new stage for Direct-to-Garuga taxis using the expressway via Munyonyo. And on Easter Monday all roads lead to Akamwesi Mall on Gayaza road. Whichever direction that you’ll be coming from, when you reach Kalerwe roundabout – you will see Akamwesi Mall on Gayaza road.
