GNL tips on making billions

Earlier this year, GNL Zamba came out and claimed he had made a billion shillings off his Spear album. He was ridiculed for making the statement.

But the rapper did not hit back and instead gave some tips on how that is achievable. He said the first thing one needed to do was get their fans’ numbers and emails to keep in contact with them.

“I have 100,000 numbers and emails and whenever there is any need, I hit them up. I tell them to save 10 dollars for me or a dollar for a single. That is called direct marketing,” he told us. GNL added that it was these people that have been supporting him all the time even during hard times.

He also hinted on timing, saying Spear geared towards the empowerment of Black men and fighting for Black people’s rights and the album came out during the times of Black Lives Matter.

“When you educate yourself about your craft, when you are in touch with your fans and know the right timing, you can release a successful project.”
