Bobi Wine to sell off his wardrobe

Bobi

Bobi

When we told you that Bobi Wine was set to relocate his Fire Base Records studio to his new Ssemakokiro Plaza in Kamwokya, some people thought it was a big joke! Construction at Bobi’s Semakokiro plaza might be incomplete but we can reveal that the singer recently shifted his studio and office to Ssemakokiro plaza.

“The house I grew up in was never finished, our parents kept improving it whenever they found some money. So why not move into my own premises and save on the rent as I complete the structure?” Bobi told us.

But once the building is fully furnished, Bobi has plans that will wow his fans! We visited the singer and he took us through his plans that included opening up a high-end boutique, Fire Base music selling unit and a merchandise shop.

However, one thing that got us so wowed was the plan of Fire Base president selling off all the clothes he puts on in his normal life at the very price he buys them. “I spend a lot on clothes, shoes and jewellery yet once you appear at a show or in a video wearing a certain attire, it is as good as useless because people don’t expect celebrities to put on the same clothes over and over again. Besides, my fans have been asking where I buy my clothes, so I’m giving my fans out there a chance to put on Bobi’s exact clothes.”
Bobi told us that he intends to launch the sale towards Easter holidays. “When I open the store, I will not put on clothes more than once!”
