“Cease Fire”- Eddy Kenzo reconsiders

Finally, after almost a week of bickering musician Eddy Kenzo has pondered about his earlier threats towards Shiek Nuhu Muzaata.

Through a Facebook live video, Eddy Kenzo said that he has been advised by a number of “elders” including State House officials to stop any hostilities against Kibuli Muslim sect spokesperson, Sheikh Nuuhu Muzaata.

“State House advised me to cease fire. I have been advised that there are his enemies who might use this opportunity to kill him and put it on me. He might die and I am imprisoned over something I don’t know. I was advised to cease fire,” Kenzo said.

“They said I might get hurt by Sheikh Muzaata’s enemies and put it on him so he can be sent to jail. The advice was given to me by experts from State House, religious leaders and other elders.” He added.

The ‘Sitya Loss’ singer said he had also been approached by the Buganda Katikkiro, Charles Peter Mayiga, Supreme Mufti, Sheikh Kasule Ndirangwa and Bobi Wine among others and he was grateful for their concern.

He added that efforts are in place to see that both camps reach a gentleman’s agreement that will ensure total cease-fire.
