Bebe releases new video, aims dig at critics

By David Kugonza

2017 is a year that Bebe Cool, Gagamel fans and music fans will remember and that’s largely because at the beginning of the year, Moses Ssali promised to release a song every month. Believe it or not he has delivered thus far.  Last Evening Bebe Cool released his 5th song video of the year 2017. In February he released Nanana, March, 18 & Over, April Onepikira, last month he released Mbozi Zamalwa ft Kenya’s Sauti Sol and for this month June, comes his latest song titled Katono.

Bebe Cool released his latest song with a video on Douglas Lwanga’s show The Beat on NTV. In one of the verses he throws a swipe at his critics who continuously criticise him for failing to finish his own house. “It’s a small house but it’s mine. “You borrow money to wed your wife but then the lender takes your wife”

At about 8pm after the video’s debut on The Beat, he posted it on his YouTube channel explaining the song.

Katono is a Luganda word which means small and the song is actually a catchy dancehall tune.

The video was shot and directed by Sasha Vybz.
