Reggae dancehall artist Ceaserous has been enjoying fame of late but last Sunday he came face to face with armed robbers that stole bits of earnings from his fame.
If you have been trying to get in touch with Ceaserous since Sunday but to no avail, don’t worry, he is not avoiding you. We managed to talk to his manager Kim, after we couldn’t get in touch with Ceaserous on phone, who told us of the bad news.
According to Kim, as he was on his way back home from a long night where he had had two performances, one of which was in Entebbe at Knight Riderz where he was the guest performer at KFM night, a night that happens every last Saturday of the month. After his performance he rushed off to his other engagement of the night, a performance in Ntinda at Nexus Bar where he reached and performed successfully, After such a long night he decided to head home in the wee hours of Sunday morning. As he got to Kireka-Namugongo road, he was stopped by men in what he says was police uniform on a boda boda, put at gun point and robbed off his money, phones and car keys.
By the time we talked to Kim, Ceasurous was still home, in shock and hadn’t reported the case to police. We hope he does as soon as possible.
