Gilbert Wavamunno explains the Kampala Carnival Father’s Benz mishap. While at the Germany day national celebrations at the Germany ambassador’s residence on Monday, he said the mishap in which his father’s name peeped under the sleek benz labeled Nankulu Kampala Capital City Authority executive director Jenniffer Musisi rode on,  is not a big deal because she had just borrowed it for the day.

My father lent her his vehicle just to feel good and ride in the carnival but no tax payers’ money was spent either to hire or rent it.

However, he  acknowledges the power of social media which has surpassed that of the traditional media because before TV and newspapers could jump on the story, it was all over the place
