‘The all VIP Purple Party’ is this year’s theme for the annual purple party year and if Douglas Lwanga’s statements are anything to go by, then we cannot wait to be part of this years’ experience. The party which has been hosted at places like Bull Dog restaurant in Wandegeya, Club Venom and Lido Beach will this December move closer to town in a more spacious and luxurious venue at Uganda Museum.
“We are celebrating five years and we wanted to have something worth the celebration that is why we decided to have this year’s VIP purple party at a new venue which is more accessible, secure and with a VIP attachment to it.” Douglas told us.
To make it more popular and engage fans who cannot get access to Kampala, Douglas embarked on regional parties (Purple party tour) in places like Jinja, Mbarara, Mbale, Gulu, Masaka before the main party that in December.
