I am still shaking my head at this movie’s plot. My God! It takes weird to a whole new level. The family of Fred Blake (Robert De Niro), Maggie (Michelle Pfeiffer), Belle (Dianna Agron) and Warren (John D’Leo) featured in here is like no other – it is out of this world. Little wonder it is fiction.
You know how family members bond because of spending a lot of time together or praying together? This family’s bond is because of the fact that each of them manages to take care of themselves. This is by dealing with the people who get in their way in most disturbing ways possible. They do it all from setting their places on fire, breaking their bones with hammers to shooting them. They are a mafia clan.
It is unbelievable. It is wrong and what is most annoying is that the directors have made it in such a way that you do not really hate them because of what they do. It leaves you numb. I am still numb.
