Warafiki’s latest song “Pressure” produced by WizKid’s producer

The Ugandan singing trio Warafiki has been making waves in the local music scene, showcasing impressive growth and versatility. Recently, during an electrifying performance at A Pass’s show earlier this year, they wowed the crowd with their soulful renditions of KCI’s “All My Life” and En Vogue’s “Don’t Let Go.” Their stellar performance left the audience in awe, cementing them as one of the most exciting music groups in Uganda right now.

Now, just a few months later, Warafiki is back with a new single that is bound to take the airwaves by storm. The song, titled Pressure, has already caught the attention of many, and it’s no surprise why. The single was produced by none other than TUC, the Afro-fusion music producer responsible for crafting hits with some of Africa’s biggest stars like WizKid, Ice Prince, Sarkodie, Skales, Yung L, and King Perryy. With additional production support from Steve Jean and other talented producers at Fenon Entertainment, Pressure is poised to be another smash hit for the trio.

Known by his stage name TUC, which stands for “Tha Undisputed Champion,” the producer has built a reputation for his exceptional skill in Afro-fusion music, sound engineering, and his all-around talent in the studio. TUC’s impressive roster of collaborations with top African artists has made him a sought-after name in the music industry, and his involvement in Warafiki’s latest project elevates the song even further.

Warafiki’s journey in the music industry began in December 2023 with their debut single Bwekati, and since then, they’ve continued to impress listeners with tracks like Ntagala, No Money No Love, and Tetubafanana. These songs have not only garnered significant airplay but also earned the trio a growing fanbase across Uganda and beyond.

With Pressure, Warafiki continues to showcase their evolving sound and undeniable talent. Fans are eagerly awaiting what’s next, but for now, Pressure is a powerful reminder of just how far the trio has come—and a taste of the exciting future they’re building in the music industry.
