In May last year, news anchor Canary Mugume and his wife Sasha Ferguson displayed some heartwarming affectionate messages on social media during the Mother’s Day celebrations, trying to silence speculation of their breakup. Canary extended his wishes to Sasha with a simple message: “Happy Mother’s Day Mama Cairo,” and attached a photo of their family while Sasha in her reply expressed her gratitude by saying, “Thank you Tata Cairo,” punctuated by a love emoji.
The couple went on to appear at different events together, including the Blu *3 reunion concert and Blankets and Wine to be specific but despite all that, rumour has it that it was just a show and what we have learnt is that the curtains seem to have finally fallen on this show. Going by word we have, the two are separated and it has been a while since they made this decision.
