After renowned fashion designer Kim Swagga cleared the air about fathering Bad Black’s daughter Davina, she has threatened to sue him.
The socialite, real name Shanita Namuyimbwa, has threatened to sue Kim over “violation of privacy of a minor.”
“They don’t disown a child from a Facebook post. We are not stupid. I am going to start with you Kim Swagga as we look for Sepuya. I have instructed my lawyers of Musangala advocates and we have given you 48 hours to disclose the results. We want copies of the DNA results you took and disclose it on Facebook and present it to my lawyers as well,” Bad Black said on her social media.
The former loud-mouthed and controversial singer also added that if the 48 hours elapse without Kim revealing the documents, she would be forced to open up a case of defamation, child negligence, among others.
If he reveals the DNA test results she said she would also take another for a second opinion.
Kim Swagga, real name Hakim Kibirige, last week revealed how he carried out DNA tests on Bad Black’s daughter Davina whom she has for years claimed is his daughter as well.
The fashionista noted that the test results proved that he is not Davina’s father, sparking a heated online exchange with Bad Black.
