Alien Skin, crew filmed drawing ‘provocative’ messages on NUP office walls

National Unity Platform (NUP) party has accused musician Patrick Mulwana, also known as Alien Skin of attacking their headquarters at Kavule and threatening their night guard.

“This morning at 3:15am, a team led by musician Alien Skin attacked the National Unity Platform Headquarters at Kavule. They violated the premises, threatened the security guard on duty and used graffiti to draw provocative things on our walls. It is regrettable that these brothers have learnt nothing from those who the regime and other detractors have used against the people in the past, including Sipapa, Sobi, Zebra, Kitatta, among others. It is sad that each time we’re approaching elections, there is always a group willing to be used to engage in crimes against the people. We hope they will do some introspection before time catches up with them,” the party led by musician turned politician, Bobi Wine posted on X on Saturday.

Alien Skin was last month released from Luzira where he spent weeks on remand on allegations of stealing an Iphon 15 Pro-max and assaulting Nsambya Hospital staff.

Days after his release, he appeared at the launch of Democratic Alliance (DA) led by former Leader of Opposition, Mathias Mpuuga who was suspended from NUP over controversies of how he was allocated Shs500 million as service award.
Alien Skin signed a memorandum of understanding with DA as part of the political movement’s bid to mobilise and unseat President Museveni who has been in power since 1986.

In a video recording shared on social media, Alien Skin and his crew are seen disembarking their cars at NUP offices in the wee hours of Saturday morning after a downpour before making their way to the gate of NUP.

“Don’t beat the guard,” Alien Skin is overheard urging his crew.

Police are yet to comment on the latest development.
