Steve Jean returns to the studio

Warafiki

Steve Jean’s contribution to Uganda’s entertainment industry is nothing short of legendary. A jack of all trades, he has excelled as a singer, producer, talent manager, and owner of a thriving production company. His influence runs deep, and his passion is evident in every project he touches.

Despite his demanding schedule, Steve remains hands-on, ensuring Fenon Entertainment stays at the forefront of Uganda’s creative scene. His involvement is hard to miss; for those observant enough, you’ve likely spotted him in the front-of-house at numerous events. This commitment to excellence cements his reputation as one of the best in the business.

Recently, the renowned producer took center stage once again, contributing to the latest project by Warafiki, a talented trio signed to Fenon Entertainment. Their new release, Ntagala, showcases Steve’s exceptional skills in both production and songwriting.

In Ntagala, Warafiki weaves sweet and captivating lyrics to serenade a loved one, describing the overwhelming emotions of love and sleepless nights caused by irresistible romance. The upbeat love song, with its catchy beats, is sure to become a dancefloor favorite.

Steve Jean collaborated with producers Mesh Pan and Joel Keys on the track, while also co-writing it alongside Nandor Love at Fenon Records. The result is a vibrant, feel-good anthem that highlights the group’s immense talent.

Warafiki, comprising Tori (Victoria Nalugwa), Eyla (Damalie Nalugwa), and Treezy (Patricia Debra Nakalembe), continues to rise under Fenon Entertainment’s guidance. With Ntagala, they cement their place as a force to reckon with in Uganda’s music scene.
