Kampala Restaurant Week wraps up with a delicious bang

Kampala Restaurant Week came to a successful close on Sunday, July 14, after a 10-day food holiday that showcased the city’s finest casual and signature dining restaurants. The event saw a significant increase in diners at participating restaurants, with Aldea, Patio Bella, The Aleph, Tapas, and Golden Hill emerging as favorites based on social media reviews.

According to Isaac Lagoli, Project Manager at the Pearl Guide, approximately 5,869 diners used the new digital foodie passport, a rewards incentive designed to enhance the dining experience. He confirmed a successful return of Kampala Restaurant Week, evidenced by increased footfall at participating restaurants and a significant social media buzz.

The Pearl Guide is dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences through initiatives like Kampala Restaurant Week, made possible by partner restaurants and sponsors Tusker Premium Cider, FlexiPay, Radio City, and Aquafina Water.

Kampala Restaurant Week is an annual food holiday offering attractive deals at popular eateries. This year’s participants included casual dining experiences at 17 restaurants and signature dining experiences at 15 restaurants.
