In an exciting turn of events, the search for the next Miss Uganda has taken an adventurous leap as Brenda Nanyonjo, the CEO of the Miss Uganda franchise, adds an international flair to the competition.
For the first time ever, the Miss Uganda 2024 beauty pageant finalists have been flown out of the country for boot camp activities. Courtesy of Uganda Airlines, one of this year’s sponsors, the contestants have jetted off to the picturesque beaches of Mombasa, Kenya for the coveted ‘Miss Beach Beauty Shoot.’
This unprecedented move signifies the pageant’s growth and increasing prestige each year. While the duration of their stay in the boot camp is yet to be disclosed, it promises to be an unforgettable experience for the contestants.
Leah Kalanguka’s reign will come to an end in August when a new Miss Uganda will be crowned in a grand finale at a venue yet to be announced.
