I suspect there is a cultural way happening in Uganda, something akin to a cultural revolution. Like the ghetto is saying, we cannot speak out loudly, but we can speak out in culture, and revolt creatively. And that leads us to Hoozambe.
The video is really nothing but a melange of the zonked. The kind of crowd that is spaced out and seeing different realities. Anything passes in this video. It is a goat decorated in costume. It is the dances that lead nowhere. It is the Shifurah rolling the eyes in a half-dead fashion.
And it is the crowd, everyone, come as you are, do what you want to do, and let us just shoot this thing. Maybe the ghetto did not come to the Parliament, but the ghetto has come full blown for culture. It is no surprise this video in its unstable ways is trending number one on YouTube. Hoozambe is a movement!
