According to Vinka, artistes are also normal people but the challenge is that the people whom they get involved with just do not differentiate between the two characters.
During the Tusker Malt Conversessions climax watch party where she was the final act, the Bailando artiste gave some advice to people who are planning on dating artistes.
“People say artistes cannot last in relationships but that is not the case. I will give myself as an example. I had an agreement with my man on who Vinka the artiste is and who Vero the mother and woman at home is and he differentiates the two brands. He knows that when I am on stage, I am working and he does not interfere so you need to be clear with your partner,” she said.
