Style served at “Garden of Romance” brunch

ON THEME: Guests were required to show up in their best fashion interpretation of the “Garden of Romance” and it was quite interesting to see the guests’ interpretation of this.

If there is something the residents of this city love, it is a great party. And what is even better is a party with endless vibes, good food and the fashion flowing in equal measures; which has made the brunch affairs in Kampala a must attend and top on the society calendars for many people.

And for the weekend bottomless brunch edition, guests were required to show up in their best fashion interpretation of the “Garden of Romance”, which was the theme for the day. And it was quite interesting to see the guests’ interpretation of this, which involves a lot of hues, prints, flowy silhouettes, all of which are elements that make for a great dress choice for this theme.

Here are some of the notable looks from the brunch affair.

  1. Juan Nsabiye

The stylist and certified fashionista stepped out in this white look that he elevated with the pop of colour through his purple blazer and the brown accessories. The orange pocket square, boots and purse compliment this ensemble just enough to keep it clean, on theme and a must-see look.

  1. Jovia Nakate

This look was definitely elevated with this multi-coloured kimono that brought the look together beautifully. While your white mini skirt and bra-let are blending in beautifully with the brunch theme, the kimono is what brings it in formation with the theme. The minimal accessories and your subtle makeup worked great for this look.

  1. Rahma Shooz

We love a fashionista that can serve up a Muslim fashion forward look and this is why we love this particular look. Staying decent and fashionable should not be so hard, and this bronze themed look by make-up artiste Rahma is a perfect representation of that. Keeping the hue cohesive throughout the look works well in your favour and kept your look in theme.

  1. Jaylor Birungi

Flowy silhouettes are always a good idea, and this red number with its matching shoes is no exception. We love how elegant and well put together this is, giving a clean, comfortable and on theme look. The gold clutch added to this look creates a great colour contrast.

  1. Shari Richi

Nothing says “Garden of Romance” like a floral print; which is why this look by Shari is making it to this list. The pink wrap skirt was a great way to add colour to this look, and compliments your black sheer shirt just fine.
