Steve Jean real name Steven Sserunkuma through his Fenon records that has stood the taste of time started Blu*3, a trio of female singers including Jackie Chandiru, Cinderella Sanyu and Lilian Mbabazi who are some of Uganda’s biggest artistes at the moment.

With the reunion of the group on Thursday evening at Protea Hotel Skyz Naguru, Cindy spared some time to give credit to Steve Jean for his contribution to her life.

Cindy said Steve picked her from Kabalagala and started her singing career.

“Steve Jean picked me up from a small place in Kabalagala called Kikuba Mutwe and from there, he was like “You have to go for these auditions.” So I can’t start this show without recognizing him.” Cindy said.
