Lineup for Movit at 26 celebrations revealed

A Cocktail of Ugandan musicians is set to perform at Kakyeka Stadium on December 9, 2023, as Movit Products Limited will be celebrating 26 years of existence in Uganda.

Lined-up artists include Jose Chameleone, Alien Skin, Ray G, Omega256, Sister Charity, Bruce Melody, and Wembly Dance Crew among others will captivate the moods of revelers at Kakyeka stadium.

“I call upon all Ugandans, especially natives here in Mbarara and neighboring communities to come and we celebrate together 26 years of Movit in Uganda,” Ms Allen Arinaitwe, Project Manager Movit Products Limited said.

She added “Attendees will be gifted with Movit soap and jelly among other products that will be available, we shall have saloons there and we shall be working on women’s hair for free on that day,”

In preparation for Saturday celebrations, the Movit team has been carrying out Corporate Social Responsibilities giving back to communities, they visited Father Bash Orphanage (Divine Mercy) and gifted them with Shs 14m to support orphans there, they have also had an activity to clean Koranorya market and on Friday they will visit and gift 500 mothers at Mbarara Regional Referral hospital with their products.

Movit Products Limited Company was founded in 1997 by Simpson Birungi as a makeshift workshop in Namasuba Wakiso District. It is a personal care company based in Kampala, manufacturing personal care products. It is now operating in 10 African countries.
