After the lockdown, Levels Lounge introduced a theme night that would help people relieve midweek stress. The night aptly called ‘Stress Clinic’ used to happen every Monday with comedians and musicians performing but the night just ended abruptly.
However, during a press conference that happened earlier today, it was announced that the Stress Clinic was returning, only that this time it is going to be bigger and better.
According to Paul Ampurire, Stress Clinic was actually his idea and its return is something the entertainment industry needs.
“Stress Clinic was basically my idea so I have the rights to it and its return is something that is going to benefit the industry,” Ampurire, the brains behind the event said.
“Stress clinic is going to be general entertainment including comedy, drama, dance, and performances among others. Besides the performers, the platform is also going to benefit other players like vendors and service providers in creating employment for them,” he added.
The first edition is happening this Wednesday at UMA multipurpose hall Lugogo headlined by Maddox Ssematimba, Keko, Winnie Nwagi, Maulana and Reign, Madrat and Chiko among others while comedian Ronnie Mcvex will be hosting it.
