After representing Uganda in the Britain Got Talent Competition 2023, the dance group commonly as Ghetto Kids will now Compete in the American Got Talent Fantasy League. The wonderful announcement was made via the Facebook page of the crew on Thursday evening.

“Exciting News Alert!

We are excited to announce that we are Competing on the #AGTFantasyLeague America’s Got Talent premiering on the 1st January 2024 on NBC,” read the post on their page.

Officially set to premiere on Monday, January 1, 2024, America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League is an upcoming brand new America’s Got Talent spin-off.

According to the official website of NBC, the difference between Fantasy League and the original AGT is that this time, each Judge will compete against each other for bragging rights by leading their own Dream Team, acting as a Mentor for a roster of Acts they pick themselves from across the AGT universe, making the stakes even higher. Ultimately, the champion of AGT: Fantasy League will take home a $250,000 grand prize.

Judges Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel, and the host Terry Crews are all returning, with previous Judge Mel B coming back after four years as a Judge.

During AGT: Fantasy League, the world will see 40 familiar faces who have all graced the Got Talent universe before, of which the fans have helped nominate each of them. These among others include; Cillian O’Connor a young magician from Britain’s Got Talent Season 16. At the age of 13 at the time of his Audition, O’Connor ended up finishing in 3rd place in Season 16 of Britain’s Got Talent with his magic acts.

The Ghetto Kids put up an amazing performance in their audition for Season 16 of Britain’s Got Talent which earned them a Golden Buzzer straight to the live semi-finals of the Talent Competition. They ended up placing 6th in Season 16 of Britain’s Got Talent. The Ghetto Kids was formed in 2014 by Kavuma Dauda a teacher by profession. The group is comprised of over 30 children many of whom are from unprivileged homes and are making use of music, dance, and drama to make their lives better.
