Jose Chameleone confirms UTAKE performance

UTAKE is an event intended to celebrate the future past by bringing back the 90’s and early 2000s with a little touch of the 2020s

Happening on Sunday October 8, at Jahazzi Pier in munyonyo, it will be an experietial setup of the then Club Silk, Ange Nior Discotheque, Mateos, SteakOut and DV8.

At a press conference held on Friday evening, a start-studded lineup of the performers for the event was released, very much to the excitement of party enthusiasts.

It will be a fun action packed day with DJs from across East Africa including DJ Alebato, Ogoopa DJs, DJ Rota,  and DJ Shan. There will be live performances by your favourite bands and a touch of the 90s afro beat by legendary singer Jose Chameleone.

For the 2020s Afrique from Rwanda will make sure the crowd is well taken care of in terms of entertainment and lastly there will be a performance by Professor Jay from Tanzania. Rasta Rob MC will also be part of the entertainers.

The even that is celebrating East Africa socially is organised by Dolphine Ent. and powered by Kakira Disteraly , Babers Home Collection , Skys Protea Hotel , Rwanda Air Silverback Lounge, Young and Free and Bell Lager.

Jose Chameleone who attended the press conference in person promised to take revelers down memory lane with his golden hit songs from the past that people enjoyed so much.

Entrance to the show is 50k and 300k respectively. The VIP ticket comes with a boat cruise.
