Singer David Lutalo, during his last extra show concerts at the weekend, expressed his hatred for politics of division and rallied revellers not to follow politicians who practice tribalism midway through his performance.
However, the Kwasa artiste received a backlash on social media that he had to come out to address the issue.
He said whatever he said on that day was not new. In fact, he had even addressed it 10 years ago in his Yamba song but it is some section of people who are just spreading the hate.
“Why now after I filled cricket Oval. If these are the games that artistes have started playing, they should tighten their seatbelts for what is coming. I know where the source of all this propaganda is coming from. My enemy is not a politician but it is someone I know,” he said.
