Aziz Azion to make ‘Strings of love’ annual event

Ugandan musician Aziz Azion.

2011 was the last time musician Aziz Azion last had a concert and it was a sold-out event aptly called ‘Oxygen concert’ that had people especially the ladies singing their hearts out at Kati Kati.

Twelve years later, Aziz is having another concert, this time round different from what he has had before. Not from the title of his song, not at Kati Kati and definitely not for 20k ordinary and 50k VIP.

The RnB singer is having the first edition of the ‘Strings of love’ event on November 4, 2023 at Kampala Serena Hotel with charges going for Shs150,000 ordinary and Shs3million for a table of eight. Aziz says says “the event is to make people appreciate Ugandan music.”

“The industry had become so disorganized but with this event, we want to restore the Ugandan music pride and make music lovers appreciate our music even more,” he said during a press conference at Streamlive hotel in Bunga earlier today.

Aziz also added that this is going to be the first edition of the Strings of Love’ and he will be doing it every year.
