Theron Music organised Kataleya and Kandles’s EP listening party a few days ago. However, what would have been a smooth event had its own turns when producer Washington took to the stage and started lashing out at the media. He said the media is to fully blame for failing the Ugandan music industry.
“To the media, I am talking to you because you have a lot of kamanyilo. Most of the time you behave like you know more. We are the ones who do the work that pays you a salary so stop your kamanyilo,” he asserted.
Washington who is famed for producing Bebe Cool, Goodlyf and Nameless songs, among others, also urged the media to support all Ugandan artistes.
