Maurice Kirya
The sixth edition of the Kirya Live Events is on this September, 8, at Kampala Serena Hotel.
Known for stretching the bar in terms of artistic expressions and productions, this year’s edition is to feature Malawian pioneer Lawrence Khwisa popularly known as Lulu. He will share the stage with Uganda’s Ibrahim Soul’O and Aliddeki.
The Kirya Live event began in 2011 and was created by musician turned actor, Maurice Kirya.
The event quickly gained massive appeal in Uganda leading up to the annual Kirya Live events of 2011, 2013, 2016, 2017, and 2018.
The events have since featured artists; Aaron Rimbui and Valerie Kimani from Kenya, Kenneth Mugabi, Ruyonga, Shifah Musisi, Afrie, and JC Muyonjo from Uganda.
