Ugandan artiste Eddy Kenzo is planning on releasing his latest music album later this year but is contemplating changing the album’s name.
At first, the artiste named his upcoming album ‘Positivity’ but after realising how significant the songs on the album are, he decided to name it, ‘Blessings.’
“Hey, good people. Like I communicated earlier this year that I will release an album, we have changed the album title from POSITIVITY to #BLESSINGS because every song on this album is a blessing to me,” explained the BET winner.
He however added that one of the songs on this album is titled Positivity.
Eddy Kenzo’s last album was released two years back titled ‘Made in Africa’ and had songs like ‘Mini‘ remix with Kanda Bongoman, ‘Misouwa‘ rmx with Monique Seka, ‘Twetale’, ‘Weekend’, and ‘Shakamo‘ among others but it was the ‘Born in Africa’ remake that was the talk of the town.
The former Grammy award nominee redid the late Philly Bongole Lutaya’s song but was heavily criticised for its delivery, with many saying he spoilt it despite making an impressive video out of it.
Eddy Kenzo has so far released four albums including Sitya Loss, Biology, Roots and most recently Made in Africa in 2021.
