After the success of Timothy Nyanzi’s Best of New Material Night that had the best 25 comedians exhibiting their content at Green Bistro a few days back, the comedian is contemplating having it every last Monday of the month.
“Because of the success of the event where 25 comedians showed what they are made of, I am planning to do it every last Monday of the month. The feedback was good and content creators had enough material for the night,” Nyanzi told sQoop.
He added that this will not stop the ‘New Material Night’ from happening every Monday at the same venue.
The night started two years ago with the aim of giving a platform to comedians to try out their new material before they take it to bigger stages.
