Usually, it is a good feeling when the deejay plays an artiste’s song while they are part of the audience. They feel in control seeing people jamming and dancing to the song and it even gets better when the song is a danceable one, like Quex’s Kachumbali that has a dance routine.
The medical intern was part of the audience at the recent Roast and Rhyme and the deejay played his song. After taking a few people through the dance routine, he felt the urge to climb on stage to perhaps sing the rest of the song or show everyone how the dance goes but immediately he had gotten on stage, the deejay switched to another song.
Poor Quex had to do a jump of shame off the stage before the crowd could even recognise him. But some DJs also!!!
