Catherine Kusasira
Catherine Kusasira, a Ugandan artiste and former member of the Golden Band, was recently captured in a video expressing her longing to meet President Museveni. She pleaded with the president that she no longer has access to him yet she is a presidential adviser.
Despite the president giving her some hope, we were reliably informed that Kusasira no longer has the privilege because her contract along with Buchaman and Full Figure were not renewed.
The three were given roles to be the president’s advisers on a number of matters during a time when the president was holding his campaigns but after the elections, their contracts expired.
