The ‘Goat’ Edition of the UG Cypher released

A cypher in musical terms is a gathering of rappers, beatboxers, or breakers in circles making music together. We have in recent years heard cyphers from different artistes but it has been a while not until Talent Africa took the initiative to release what it considers the ‘Goat Edition’.

The latest project dubbed “UG Cypher Volume 3: The Goat Edition” features an impressive lineup of top talented MCs including Play01, Wonder Jr, Doe Dotta, Ninja C, Ch!ef, Atlas Da African, Ebrahim Soul’O, Tucker HD, Abril, Byg Ben Sukuya, Triggah, TimothyCODE, and Ksl Owakabi.

With Sam Lamara who is popular in the Hip Hop circles behind the production of this song, there was no room for error.

The song highlights the exceptional skill of each artist whole the beats are also masterpieces in their own right, with Aliddeki Brian’s expertise in African instruments and Sam Lamara’s production knowledge resulting in a perfect fusion of HipHop and African sound.

Thought the entire song, the energy is electric, and the talent on display is truly exceptional.

According to Aly Allibhai, the Talent Africa CEO, they are thrilled to release this song that has been embraced by many.

“The artists on this project have truly outdone themselves, leaving listeners in awe with their bars. We’re thrilled to share this incredible project with the world and will continue to support the creative arts in Uganda.” He said.

The video that was shot by Talent Africa Group, TAG Studios, and directed by Cyril Ducottet is simple, brief and colourful.
