Consider other regions – Big Tril advices the Federation

Big Tril

Rapper and former Baboon Forest Entertainment member Big Tril has come out and advised the Ugandan National Musicians Federations to also consider other regions for the top positions.

The ‘Party after Party’ artiste said in a post that you can’t claim to represent musicians and have the top 13 positions filled with musicians from one region.

“I respect everyone on the governing body of Ugandan National Music Federation..but you can’t claim to represent Musicians on a national level and have the Top 13 positions all filled with Musicians from One Region, Kampala..3 Vices and they’re from the central region,” his post reads.

Big Tril adds that a national governing body should have equal representation if not then just call it the Kampala Music Federation. “The regional representatives are not in positions of power and thus won’t effect change in their regions..all the powerful positions are taken up by central musicians.”
