All enforcement officers should find Isma Olaxess’ killers – Muhoozi

The First Son General Muhoozi Kainerugaba has expressed concern over the brutal killing of Ibrahim Tusubira alias Isma Olaxes who was gunned down Saturday night in Kyanja, Wakiso District.

Gen Kainerugaba who is also the presidential advisor on special operations tasked all law enforcement agencies to dig deep and uproot the culprits.

“I am very saddened to hear about the brutal killing of our compatriot Ibrahim Tusubira, aka Isma Olaxes. He was an outspoken and fearless commentator on national issues. I urge all law enforcement agencies to quickly find those behind his murder and bring them to justice,” he tweeted Sunday morning.

Former presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine also expressed concern over the spate of murders happening in Kampala following the death of State Minister for Labour, Col (rtd) Charles Engola who was shot by his body guard earlier this week.

“Not even a week after the murder of minister Engola, blogger Isma Olaxes is murdered in cold blood. This follows so many other unresolved murders! What is clear to all of us, regardless of your political affiliation, is that in a sinking boat, there are no winners. Whenever we complain about armed regime operatives dressed in civilian clothes causing mayhem, abducting or even killing our people, the same regime apologists say we’re politicizing things.
I will say it again, everyone is a potential victim of the lawlessness of the Museveni regime,” he tweeted.

The speaker of Parliament Ms Anita Among also tweeted: “I condemn in the strongest terms the barbaric act of taking human life in cold blood. Such actions have no place in our Nation and must not be tolerated. I call upon the police to ensure the culprits are brought to book.”
